No two people or businesses are the same so I like to work in a way that suits the needs rather than just an off the shelf approach. But I have found there are common approaches that benefit the clients I work with.

One hour call

Feel confident in goals and business plan but need that sounding board and experience to give guidance, support and advice. Carmel’s wealth of knowledge and experience can help you keep on track, develop the right skills, help you with decision making and build your confidence.

Running a business can be isolating and often lead you to go round in circles or let doubt creep in – these calls help keep you believing and achieving.

Self-Assessment Worksheet to help you reflect on the current situation, values, and aspirations to understand what the realms of possible are.

A 3 – 4 hour workshop either in person or via Zoom (recordings will be shared) where we do guided exercises to help participants articulate their short-term and long-term goals. and action planning to create actionable steps and timelines to reach these goals, including potential obstacles and strategies to overcome them.

We also explore motivation and mindset to identify techniques to maintain motivation and a positive mindset throughout the goal achievement process so you can effectively pursue your objectives.

All written up in a goals guide to your reference and to give you focus which includes the goals and steps and approaches.

This Circle is a safe, supportive yet impactful way to grow your business. If you are at a stage either early or next stage to level up then this membership will get you the BIG shifts you want.
