I am passionate about improving the world through structural change and creating a more ethically run society whilst still understanding the parameters we exist in.
It is my belief that can be achieved by equipping founders, freelancers, business owners and entrepreneurs with the confidence to know their true worth which in turn gives the power to create the impact they desire.
My experience spans nearly 20 years of sales, marketing and business development. Predominantly working in the finance space has meant that I not only learnt what it means to be commercially successful through marketing, sales, strategy and partnerships but also the complex relationship humans have with money, worth and success.

I have worked at Finimize, Boring Money, The Guardian, The Times and Sunday Times Money and Centaur Media.
I have seen what it is like to be part of a global billion dollar media machine, a charity run business and to build start-ups. Built teams, created products, trained individuals, changed policies and grown start-ups.
And sold… Sold double glazing (yes I was one of those if you remember them!), subscriptions, advertising, digital, awards, events, sponsorships, podcasts and much much more.
Selling can be done on your terms, via relationships and belief in what you are selling and pure passion with purpose.. Not “hustle” and sales scripts and competitiveness.
Plus I’ve won several awards along the journey – thank you very much.
It is my experience of working with some very aggressive, capitalist and just plain greedy businesses who disguise their ambitions with a sense of purpose that I gained a belief that more honest and integral businesses with real purpose should succeed. They just need to adopt some of the core strategies with empowerment not exploitation behind them.
So Worthy exists to support those businesses and I have had the pleasure of working with many already.
I am a mother to a son, a partner to a kind man, a sister to an annoyingly creative brother, a daughter of social workers. My parents gave up their lives to protect vulnerable children and in their spare time took me to marches, rallies, charity concerts and overall raised me to understand society in all its beautiful and ugly forms.
I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, a feminist who is always standing with women and wants to fight the big fight not the small one. I rave, I read, I always interrupt conversations with “I was listening to a podcast”.
Learning to swim (properly) and love my body in the swimming costume. I eat for pleasure, comfort, stress and energy. I have imposter syndrome and am a recovering people pleaser. Gemini. Equal social butterfly and cocooning caterpillar. Love yoga but yoga does not love me. Most of all I love meeting new people, hearing stories and having great conversations.
